Paula-Jo Cahoon, a member of Linares Chapter, was presented with a certificate and DAR Victorian cup, at a meeting of the Santa Margarita Chapter. Why?…you might ask. When Paula-Jo found out that the Santa Margarita Chapter delivered diapers, wipes, and other baby items to the Navy-Marine Corps Relief Society at Camp Pendleton on a monthly basis, she began bringing those items to any meeting that she and Wanda Prosser happened to be attending. Over the past two years, Paula-Jo’s contributions have aided our young military families greatly, and Wanda wanted to recognize her at the chapter’s annual awards meeting, as a contributing member of Team Santa Margarita. Daughters working together. That’s what we’re all about.
