The VIS Committee needs a foolproof way to contact your chapter VIS representative(s). Please reply to this email right away with the first/last name, email address, and chapter name of your appointed Webmaster and VIS Chairman. Often they are one and the same but not always.

In California, you are required to appoint a VIS representative–a chapter member who will receive and share VIS information with the chapter. Preferably, this is a member with some knowledge of the internet and computers. 

 You should also have a Webmaster. If you do not have someone in your chapter to handle website updates, simply let me know and someone on the State VIS Committee will be happy to assist.
