Chapter Regent Alida Woodward and Corresponding Secretary Wanda Prosser presented a 50th Anniversary Vietnam Commemorative Flag to the Veterans Association of North County (VANC). The VANC is a group of various veteran’s organizations who have their own little niche for providing needed services to veterans. The Santa Margarita Chapter is a Commemorative Partner with the Department of Defense for the United States of America Vietnam War Commemoration and is proud and honored to recognize our Vietnam veterans.
