There’s nothing like company to get a group excited!

The El Dorado Chapter hosted State Regent-elect, Beverly Moncrieff and State Recording Secretary-elect Leslie Pfeifer at our first chapter meeting of the 2016-2018 term on June 8, 2016. Mrs. Moncrieff presented her plans for the new term and installed chapter officers Cynthia Larson, Regent; Virginia DeGregory, First Vice Regent; Barbara Hellesoe, Recording and Publishing Secretary; and Bonnie Battaglia, Registrar. Madam State Regent-elect presented a rose to each of the chapter officers.

Our program was presented by State Recording Secretary-elect Leslie Pfeifer. Her topic “Flying Tigers and Vietnam” was a chapter commemorative event for the 50th Anniversary of the Vietnam War.  Her personal story as a flight attendant escorting soldiers to and from Vietnam was very moving.
