The newly approved Microfiche project: Decades of Dazzling Data will digitize and categorize approximately three million early supporting documents submitted with applications from the 1950’s through the mid 1980’s. These documents were copied onto microfiche and then returned to the chapters; therefore, they were not included in the Supporting Documentation Project. The project development has just started, and it is estimated that it will take from six months to a year before volunteers can begin categorizing the documents. Preparations are already underway!
