On March 30, 2021 our President General announced that the 130th Continental Congress – scheduled to be held in Washington, DC in June 2021 – would be held virtually. Therefore, those of you who have made a reservation at the The Mayflower Hotel will most likely want to cancel your room reservations.

All rooms reservations made as part of the CA DAR block of rooms at The Mayflower Hotel will be automatically cancelled on Friday April 9, 2021. If you are still planning to go to Washington, DC, and would like to keep your reservation at The Mayflower Hotel, you must let me know by Thursday, April 8th, 2021. The CA DAR room rate will still be honored if you choose to keep your reservation.

If I do not hear from you by the end of the day on Thursday, April 8, 2021, your room will be automatically cancelled on April 9, 2021.
