Announcement: America 250! Quilt Project

The American Heritage Committee announces the launch of our new America 250! Quilt Project. All states, Units Overseas, Mexico, and France, will collaborate to create a quilt which will be displayed at national headquarters and at America 250! Celebrations Theme: As each state became part of our country beginning 250 years ago, each state block of our quilt will unite with all, to become a tapestry of our country’s heritage. Each chapter will have the opportunity to design a quilt block that coordinates with our theme and tells the history of their state and how it was involved in the Revolutionary War, if applicable, or shows what was occurring in their area during that window of time. Entries to represent California must be received by the State American Heritage Committee Chair no later than May 1, 2022. Instructions are available at the following link:
