Linda Ramos, registrar for the Santa Margarita Chapter, opened her home for a meeting with prospective members. Seven prospective members were able to attend along with member Sue Stehle, and Regent Wanda Prosser. Application papers were reviewed and discussions about what documents were “absolutes,” what were “helpful,” and what wouldn’t “make it,”ensued. Wanda, Sue, and Linda answered questions, talked about what the DAR is, and what activities the chapter is involved in. It was a couple of hours well spent for all involved. Wonderful homemade baked goods and fruit capped off the gathering. After all, we must eat when we meet, right?
