Dear California Daughters!

As you can guess, this message is late due to all the preparations for the California State Conference held March 7-10 at the San Ramon Marriott. This officer arrived at the conference on Monday, March 4, to work with the conference chairmen and hotel on final preparations, and then arrived home very late on Monday, March 11 where she unloaded a huge van full of conference sales items and decorations into her garage, and began packing for a trip to attend the Georgia State Conference.

This officer is so proud of everyone who worked and reported at the conference. Our conference committee went above-and-beyond to make sure members had a great time and that the conference ran like a well-oiled machine. The reports of state officers, state chairmen, regents, and district directors were not only interesting, just about everybody stayed within their time limits. I could not stop smiling during the entire conference, and I can’t thank you enough for doing your very best with the President General in attendance. Many of you have written to tell me about the new friends you met and all the great ideas you brought back to your chapters. Thank you for attending the conference, and congratulations on your many accomplishments this past year.
