In the spirit of the Jamison administration’s project to enhance honeybee environments, on September 17, 2012, the Point Vicente chapter discovered exciting details about honeybee rescue and relocating bee environments from organic beekeeper Bill Walter of Guerilla Beekeepers. In a fascinating presentation, Bill displayed the tools of the trade along with a recently rescued colony of bees and explained how his sustainable and organic way of beekeeping doesn’t hurt the colonies and produces healthy pollination experts.
