Santa Clara started off a great new year with a program about the national C.A.R. program, devoted to the historic preservation of George Washington’s marquis tent. The program was presented by chapter member and C.A.R. District Representative Judy Brown. Santa Clara is proud of member Billie J. Spence, the C.A.R. Senior National President. Mrs. Spence is the first California Daughter to hold this national position.
