San Clemente Island Chapter celebrated Constitution Day,  September 17, with a luncheon and the annual “ringing of the bells” at Mission San Juan Capistrano.  It was a beautiful fall day.  We passed out over 200 flags and enjoyed meeting people and telling them about the Constitution.  Thank you to all who attended.
