Members of the Rincon del Diablo chapter, along with C.A.R. members from the Red, white and Blue Society celebrated Independence Day in the community of Rancho Bernardo in San Diego. In the morning, Rincon del Diablo members had a booth to pass out flags, and promote membership to DAR. Later in the afternoon, some members and their family participated in the parade. Some walked the route, while others rode in a decorated a car. C.A.R. members handed out red, white and blue tootsie rolls to on-lookers. It was great to be able to celebrate our country’s founding with the community once again!
