Congratulations to Deborah McMenamin, 1st Vice Regent, Josefa Higuera Livermore Chapter (District IV). Debbie placed first in the American Heritage Contest, Historic Costume category, for the beautiful, authentic Revolutionary War-era costume she created and wore to the March 16th Cameo Club Tea at State Conference. March 30th, Debbie was contacted by Diane Oliver, National Chair of the American Heritage Committee, and informed that she received the Evelyn Cole Peters Award for Excellence.  District IV Daughters, especially the members of Josefa Higuera Livermore Chapter, are very proud of this talented California Daughter.
