El Redondo Chapter didn’t stop their activities after their last Zoom meeting of the year. We held one social gathering and one working day where we packed up and shipped ten boxes to deployed service people. Three boxes went to our ‘adopted’ service woman, and seven went to Operation Resiliency.

In addition, we collected several items for our local VAVS group supporting the Long Beach VA Medical Center. Items will go to homeless veterans in the process of being placed into housing and women veterans with babies and small children. Last, we wrote 101 thank you cards to be presented to veterans for Independence Day.
