The Anne Loucks Chapter is proud to announce the recipient of their chapter scholarship. The recipient of the Anne Loucks Scholarship is Jessica Kwasny from Freedom High School located in Oakley, California. Jessica was able to attend the May chapter meeting and read her essay to our members. Everyone was impressed with her involvement in the community.

Every other year the Anne Loucks Chapter awards a scholarship to a deserving high school senior or college student in Contra Costa County. The scholarship was created during the term of Past Regent Susan Busenius (2012-2014). Initially the scholarship was a $500.00 scholarship but through the generosity of chapter members, we’ve been able to increase the amount of our scholarship this year to $1,000.00.
