Anne Loucks Chapter members were present at the Martinez City Council meeting on September 21, 2022, when Mayor Rob Schroder read a Proclamation announcing September 17 – 23 as Constitution Week.

In her remarks upon receiving the Proclamation, Anne Loucks Chapter Regent, Kathy Nielsen, encouraged all citizens to celebrate this important document and appreciate the 235 years of it being the foundation of our system of government so that our people can work, thrive, and participate under the rule of law without fear. Joining Ms. Nielsen are Susan Busenius, Elizabeth George, Mel Tilkin, Lynne Hill, and Marsha Davis.
