The Alta Mira Chapter celebrated Constitution Week on September 12, 2020, with a display of the Constitution, two proclamations, the DAR Constitution game, flags, books and a patriotic doll.

The program highlighted controversial topics debated during the drafting of the Constitution. The Porterville City and Tulare County Proclamations were read. Constitution booklets were available.
