Pre-register for all events on the Conference Pre-Registration form located on the CSSDAR Members’ Website under the State Conference Committee which is available from the following link (after login):
Members/Chairs must download and send the forms to prospective members and guests. Downloaded forms are to be emailed to State Conference Chair Kathy Russo at: KathyeRusso@me.com
Forms are to be completed on-line or returned by email on or before February 28, 2021.
