Members of the Eel River Valley chapter gathered in late August 2019 to dedicate the marking of Allison Grundman’s grave. Allison joined the chapter in 1993, just two years after its formation, and served as Librarian, Secretary, Vice-Regent, and two terms as Regent prior to serving as Registrar. In addition, she served as District III Assistant Director.

Allison was involved in the Flag Flyers recognition, Genealogical Records, and Community Service Award. She had proven thirteen of her own ancestors and worked tirelessly to help others prove their Revolutionary ancestors.

Allison’s two daughters, both members of the chapter, joined in the ceremony.
