Chapter Chatter: Redwood Forest Chapter Celebrates National Day of Service

redwoodforestOn October 8th, for the 2016 National Day of Service, members of Redwood Forest Chapter gathered together in Blue Lake, CA, to help tidy up the Blue Lake Cemetery. Veteran gravesites were top priority for photos and submissions to “Find-a-Grave” upon request of out-of-state relatives. Special thanks to our ladies who weeded, raked and swept the tombstones and nearby cemetery grounds.

Photo submitted is by HODAR Guy Aronoff, who was also on hand for weed-whacking. Left to right: Judy Aronoff, chapter Librarian; Ginger Campbell; Janet Fallis, Corresponding Secretary; Christina Strevey, Recording Secretary; Annette Pedersen, Historian; and Jean Lynch, Vice Regent.
