What a wonderful opportunity to attend the Southern Council, Sept. 28-29, 2012!  The regent of the Col. William Cabell chapter wanted to make a 1 minute ‘mini movie’ about the weekend so that her chapter could get to see what went on that weekend; we wanted to to share it with you all as well.  It shows a little bit of everything: the fun, the friends, learning, and dancing. It was a great weekend!
