Regent Dorothy Welton and Treasurer Alma Roots of the Feather River Chapter made the trip from Oroville to Redding to deliver kitchen items collected at Northern Council. Members of the American Legion in Redding will sort and organize all items and distribute them to veterans who are victims of the Carr Fire.

Thank you to all Northern California daughters for making this possible by your generous donations. Thanks also to  District I Director Candy Scarratt and Cecilia Ryan of Major Pierson B. Reading Chapter for making all the arrangements for transporting ‘the goods’.
