Santa Clara Chapter is proud of our Outstanding Junior, Sarah Rao! Sarah has coordinated a number of activities for Juniors, served as a Page at Northern Council, walked in the July 4th parade, and is quite active within our chapter. Sarah’s energy and dedication to DAR is inspirational!
