The Don Jose de Ortega Chapter is excited to announce a scholarship, which will be awarded to a deserving college student, for the spring semester.  The chapter is looking for a student, in at least third year, in the field of medicine or education, with an emphasis in science or math, or a nursing student, who has completed at least one semester in a 2 year program.  The scholarship is $500, which could make a nice dent in the cost of college books.
