The 2014 State Conference reporting instructions are now available on the CSSDAR Members’ website. On the main page, just click on the State Conference link and you will see a list of conference forms and documents.

Please read the directions carefully, and also review the Style Guide attached to the instruction form. Use the guide to prepare your written report. The style guide helps the production team ensure that the CSSDAR Annual Proceedings are consistent throughout.
