The winners of this contest will be announced on Saturday night at the Celebration Dinner. There will be certificates of award for first, second, and third place, and each winner will receive a miniature version of our board mascot.
Winners will be notified that they are “one of the awardees” so they can make sure they attend the Saturday evening event.
1. Send your name and chapter name to Sally Holcombe, firstname.lastname@example.org, along with the name for our mascot.
2. Please send your entry by the February 22 deadline. Entries after that date will be disqualified.
3. Entries will be considered in the order received, so if two or more people come up with the same name, the person who gets their entry in first will be the one considered.
4. After the deadline, the State Board of Directors will choose the first, second, and third place winners.
The board mascot has registered for State Conference, so don’t be surprised if you see him at various events posing for photos.
