Announcement: NSDAR Insignia Store on Schedule to Launch Continental Congress 2020!

We’re very proud to report that the NSDAR Insignia Store is on schedule for launch at Continental Congress 2020!

The National Society has executed well on its action plan, e.g., hired an Insignia Director, retained American manufacturers of jewelry-quality pins that will be made in the USA, acquired sales-related automation, and renovated space for the store at NSDAR headquarters.

IMPORTANT REMINDER
Remember that the last day to order NSDAR Insignia from Hamilton is February 28, 2020. Do not contact NSDAR regarding orders placed with Hamilton since they will be unable to answer questions regarding orders placed with Hamilton.

No DAR Insignia will be sold between February 29 and Continental Congress.

We are confident that you will agree that the NSDAR Insignia Store will be worth the wait, as we will be offering limited edition inaugural DAR insignia pins, including the VanBuren President General’s Project and new commemorative pins that recognize the anniversaries of important events leading up to America’s 250th birthday, when we launch.

More information about ordering these pins will be provided on the NSDAR Members’ Website as the exciting launch day approaches.

Insignia Volunteers
The National Society is seeking outgoing and enthusiastic members who are passionate about DAR Insignia to serve as Insignia Volunteers. These member-volunteers will assist staff with sales for at least one state meeting (not necessarily that of their membership states) and at Continental Congress. There will be several Insignia Volunteers for each state. Information about job requirements is available at the following:

An application to apply as an Insignia Volunteer is available from this link:
Please contact Corresponding Secretary General Kathryn West at kwest@dar.org for more information about the Insignia Volunteer program.
