Vineyard Trails Chapter, Napa, participated in a community service project for active duty military called Operation with Love From Home.

This project was started by a service member’s mother who started sending Christmas boxes to soldiers who were not receiving mail or goodies from home . What started out as just a few mailings has now grown into over thousands of gift boxes being donated and packed by hundreds of volunteers. Our chapter members are proud to be a part of this grass roots endeavor and we participate on many levels. We provide items, sort and pack several times a year.

As you can see in our photo, we designed and created these wonderful aprons that give us both recognition and visibility to the public, we never fail to get questions about our organization . We wear them to all of our service events and they have been successful as a recruiting tool.
