Committee News: Conservation Project for Your Chapter

If your chapter is looking for a new Conservation project, check out the Crayon Initiative at: thecrayoninitiative.org and see how you can get started. Collection boxes can be provided as well as low cost mailing labels.

The Crayon Initiative collects donated crayons from restaurants, schools, and homes across the country, then melts them down and re-manufactures them reducing waste. Better yet, the recycled crayons are distributed to art programs at children’s hospitals across the U.S., brightening the lives of young patients during their stay.
