The Chatsworth Chapter of the Los Angeles San Fernando Valley presented its annual history scholarship to California State University, Northridge graduate student Ashley Frazier at their chapter meeting, September 21, 2019.  Ashley was selected for the award through the recommendation of Professor and Chair Susan Fitzspatrick-Behrens, Dept. of History, CSUN.
