On Friday, July 19, 2019, several members of the Feather River chapter gathered at the chapter’s new meeting place, a lovely conference room at the Holiday Inn Express in Oroville, to work on our Rise and Shine for America Service project.

We are making fleece-fringed lap robes that will be distributed to patients at the VA Hospital in Sacramento, CA. One member also knitted some lap robes. We made excellent progress today and will have many more by the delivery date at the end of October.
