Members of Lake Tahoe Chapter were on hand at the April 16, 2019 City Council Meeting to witness the presentation of a Proclamation.  Presented by Mayor Brooke Laine to Chapter Regent Sally Holcombe, the final clauses read as follows:

     Whereas, the service project provided by the Lake Tahoe Chapter NSDAR will have a positive impact on our community.

     Now, therefore, the City Council of the City of South Lake Tahoe recognizes and supports the Lake Tahoe Chapter of the National Society of the Daughters of the American Revolution and its service to our community. 

Mayor Laine will be attending the chapter’s organization ceremony and will deliver the Proclamation to the assembly.
