Announcement: Oak Lea Dedication & Backyard Barbecue

Everyone is invited to attend a backyard barbecue, Saturday, June 1, 2019, at our CSSDAR Headquarters in Glendora to celebrate the completion and dedication of the HQ enhancement project, known as the Oak Lea.

The project, conceived during the Jackson Administration, was to “provide a tranquil and useful setting under the oak trees where people may sit, visit, or meditate.” Phase II was completed during the Moncrieff Administration. Phase III, finalization of the project, was achieved this first year of the Lancaster Administration.

Daughters and guests will enjoy a backyard barbecue of hamburgers, hot dogs and all the trimmings. To make a reservation, see the flyer with form on the CSSDAR Members’ website at the following link:                               Oak Lea Invitation Flyer

Or, reservation and payment through the WebStore at the following link:

Come with friends. Enjoy the casual, summer outing. See what can be accomplished when we set a goal and work together to get something done.
