As part of Patriot Day and Constitution Day activities, the Rincon del Diablo Chapter distributed 170 flags and 300 pocket constitutions to the American Heritage Charter Schools in Escondido, California. Chapter members Corrie Amador, Roslyn Moreno and her HODAR Danny Moreno, were joined by Chapter Regent Liza Pille-Speacht as they celebrated the importance of heroes in our everyday lives and honoring the police, firefighters and civilians who lost their lives seventeen years ago on 9/11.

In addition, September activities included supporting the California state regent’s project by loading a wagon of kitchen items to stock homes built by the Gary Sinise Foundation for severely disabled veterans.
