An Insignia Workshop and tea was enjoyed by District VIII members in February. We enjoyed viewing the pin display provided by Insignia State Chair Pamela Meyers. Learning about pin protocol, the pin categories and the President General Project Pin filled our day. Individual help was provided and questions were answered. Pamela continues to offer her Insignia program to all chapters throughout the state.  Watch for her display at State Conference in San Ramon.
