District VI members donated over 1000 handmade and baseball style hats to the Palo Alto VA and other veterans groups in the area in February. Responding to a challenge from Santa Clara Chapter Regent Karri Sieler, and supported by District Director Kristen Matthias, multiple chapters shared patterns and knit, crocheted, and created caps, while others collected from local businesses, family and friends. District VI is proud to support our veterans!
