Officer Updates in e-Membership

This is a reminder to Chapter Regents that all officer changes must be made in e-Membership by the current or outgoing Regent.  This can be accomplished by the following steps:

1.  Sign into e_Membership.
2.  Go to “Updates”.
3.  Under “Updates” click on “List All Updates”.
4.  Click on “Chapter Officer Change Request (Regents Only)”.

When the process is confirmed and completed by the Organizing Secretary General’s Office, an email is sent to:

a. the State Regent, State Recording Secretary and State Corresponding Secretary
b. the incoming and outgoing (if applicable) Chapter Regent, Chapter Registrar and Chapter Treasurer.

After Officer Elections, changes can be made in e-Membership immediately, the date officers take office can be up to 8 months in advance.  Remember the Regent/ Outgoing Regent must report the officer changes, eligible officers can not get access to e-membership until their new office has been reported.

After the new officers take office The Chapter Regent, Vice Regent, Treasurer and Registrar can send an e-mail to to request a password.  Send your name, national number, current chapter office, chapter name, and state of membership.  The password should arrive within the week.

Remember make those changes ASAP!
