Please note the following important information regarding State Conference:
WB Tour
If you are going on the tour, please meet in the lobby by 8:15 a.m. as the buses will leave promptly at 8:30 a.m. (Note that due to WB security regulations for large groups, you will be boarding trams in alphabetical order for the tour.)
Room Reservations
In order to check in, your name must be listed on the room reservations list. If multiple people will be sharing a room, you should call the hotel and have all names listed so that whenever a person arrives that person will be permitted to check in to the room.
Day Parking During Conference
If you are not staying at the hotel and are parking for the day that you attend the conference, you do not need a validation. You need to exit at the Thornton Gate and inform the gate that you are with the DAR group and you will be charged the DAR rate. (Remember there are no in/out privileges for daily parking.)
