The 2014-2015 Chapter and District Officer Report forms are now available on the CSSDAR Members’ website. The forms can be found under “Documents and Forms” on the left side navigation bar, then link to forms under “State Corresponding Secretary.” Please follow the directions on the forms and use these NEW forms.

Current chapter regents should use the Chapter Officer/Updates function on e-Membership to report all new officers. This must be done immediately after elections to assure the State Corresponding Secretary receives the information by the deadline.  When submitted, the information goes to the Organizing Secretary General. Her office confirms changes and sends them to the appropriate State officers, including this officer.

NEW THIS TERM – GROUP BOARD PHOTOS:
A group photo of each district and chapter board is required for the 2014-2015 State Yearbook. Use the form posted on the Members’ website as an attachment to identify all officers in the photo and any who might be missing.
