On June 1, 2013, the Point Vicente Chapter celebrated Corresponding Secretary General Karon Jarrards’ pending election and listened rapt with attention to her presentation about the rewards of DAR leadership. In addition, six new members were welcomed into the chapter. The following were ladies were administered the oath and received their DAR pins: Patricia Mendez, Amy Sullivan, Esther Campbell Jackson, Master Sergeant Adrienne Cohen, Nora Campbell and Suzanne Seymour. It was a wonderful way to end the 2012-2013 year before the summer break.
