The Antelope Valley Fair and Alfalfa Festival is fast approaching.  After 2012’s great response to the chapter’s display in the Bee and Honey exhibit, the Antelope Valley Chapter will once again be sharing the Jamison Administration Project with the public in 2013.

Last year, chapter member Betsy Haslett helped set up the bee/honey display area. A laminated, enlarged copy of the Jamison Administration Project was placed in the exhibit. Regent Mary Thurston used her talents to create a plastic canvas bee especially for the display.  Greg Price, who is a beekeeper in the Antelope Valley, shared insight into the process of keeping the bees and extracting the honey.  Bees were on display in glass cases and honey was judged.  It is with great pride that the Antelope Valley Chapter gets to share the Jamison Administration Project with the community once again.
