UPDATE YOUR STATISTICS The current society statistics are: “over 175,000 members worldwide” and “3,000 chapters.” Please update these DAR statistics on your public website as soon as possible.

DOMAIN NAMES If your chapter has its own domain name (not a sub-domain on the State server, but a separate domain name you pay for annually), please send me all the account information (including online login) for wherever that domain is registered. That way, in case the login information goes missing within your chapter, the state will have back-up access to your domain name.

NEW JOOMLA! WEBSITE TEMPLATES AVAILABLE For those of you have been asking, NEW template options are now available on the VIS Committee page on the Members’ website. If you’re looking to do a new template for your website, your options are now expanded. You may choose from one of the three existing or you can choose to customize a bit more.

And if you already did your Joomla! site, don’t despair! You are able to change your website template if you want. These templates have already been approved by National and aren’t considered content updates so no need for National approval if you do decide to change! Just follow the instructions on the VIS Committee page and a committee member will follow up with you.
