Gold Trail daughters have adopted a veterans group of 61 gentlemen at the Yountville Veterans Home in Yountville, California. Gold Trail daughters provided the side dishes and delicious strawberry shortcake for dessert for the vets to celebrate Veterans Day. There was also a raffle in which two beautiful patriotic quilts were raffled off much to the vets delight. Both Gold trail and the vets are looking forward to the next visit in November and then again at Christmas.
