105th State Conference Annual Reporting Instructions for Regents, District Directors, and State Chairman

State Conference is right around the corner and with it comes the need for each of you to prepare a report to be printed in the 2013 Annual Proceedings.

Reports are due to the Recording Secretary by March 1, 2013.

Instructions for your written report can be found on the CSSDAR Members’ website. Click on the State Conference link on the main page in the “Buzz.” This document also includes some information for oral reports.

Please note that you are allowed to be creative with your oral reports at state conference. The oral report is meant to be an abbreviated version of your written report. Skits, poems, songs, costumes, masks, hats, and props can be used. Since you only have one minute to report, the State Regent requests that chapter regents choose one or two unique things the chapter achieved, created, or participated in during the year. Your oral report should be designed to share ideas with other chapters attending the conference.

Please carefully read the instructions for preparing your written report as some of the rules have changed.

Before you submit the report to the state recording secretary, please have if proof read by another person. Your reports will not be edited, so it is imperative that you submit it in the correct format, with correct spelling and grammar, and on time.

If you have any questions about this procedure please contact the state recording secretary.
