On December 10, 2012, the Anne Loucks Chapter coordinated a Wreath Dedication Ceremony on the west steps of the California State Capitol Building in Sacramento. This ceremony took place as the wreaths bound for Arlington National Cemetery left the Worcester Wreath Company in Maine. Upon arrival at Arlington, and the Sacramento Valley National Cemetery in Dixon, the wreaths will be placed to remember and honor veterans interred at those cemeteries. Many distinguished guests and speakers attended, as well as several members of the Sacramento Valley National Cemetery Support Committee. The emcee and coordinator of the event was 2nd Vice Regent Kay Ernst.
