On Tuesday, September 18, Gold Trail Chapter was presented with a proclamation from Assemblywoman Beth Gaines office by Representative Michael Ross. The proclamation was presented to Regent Jean Thomas and Constitution Week Committee Chairman Mary Beth Watson at the Gold Trail meeting.
