The Executive Board, Membership Committee, and Genealogy Club Chair of the El Marinero Chapter honored its prospective members and all new members from the past year at a Regent’s Welcome Reception at Mary Mitchell’s home in San Rafael. With drinks and appetizers brought by the Executive Board and Membership Committee, attendees informally relaxed and got to know each other in preparation for a new year of activities.
