The Antelope Valley Veteran’s Committee held their 2nd Annual Anniversary Celebration for the Veteran’s Center in Palmdale, CA, on Saturday, June 23rd. Lunch was served at no charge to the veterans and their families. Pulled pork and sloppy joe’s were served along with potato salad, cole slaw, and a very special anniversary cake. Afterwards, a giveaway was held for the veterans. The veteran’s received special “thank you’s” for their service to their country.
